Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring fragile garden decor or tools are securely padded for transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your returned greenery or goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
